HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules. When confirming the reservation it is understood that you are familiar with and agree with his points and will fully adhere to them. Failure to comply with the house rules can result in a cancellation and the full price of the stay charged, regardless of possible early forced departure.

1. In order for the host to register a stay, upon arrival at the accommodation unit guests should submit personal documents to him for all persons (passports or ID cards) and pay the rest of the amount for accommodation.

2. If you decide to terminate your agreed stay earlier, you are obliged to pay for the entire stay reservation.

3. On the day of departure, dear guests are asked to leave the Hotel by 12.00 pm, longer detention obliges payment and another day. Room (Apartment) which the guest rented is obliged to leave the apartment in the state in which he found it on the day of arrival – neat and undamaged.

4. If the guest arrives at the booked accommodation after 8 p.m. on the day of arrival, is obliged to inform the Hotel in advance and announce late arrival, in order to avoided the situation that the host, assuming that the guest will not come, in the accommodation unit accommodates other guests.

5. It is forbidden to bring a pet.

6. It is not allowed to bring weapons, flammable and explosive substances into the Hotel, substances with a strong or unpleasant odor and any food preparation equipment …(cooker etc.) or other electrical appliances (fans, etc.)

7. If there is a disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If it’s up to disappearance or damage caused by the guest’s fault, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent..

8. It is forbidden to take out appliances and equipment from the Hotel (towels, blankets and Other)

9. From 23.00 to 07.00 hours it is a time of night peace, and from 14.00 to 17.00 hours of afternoon peace. It is forbidden to make noise.

10. It is strictly forbidden to bring people who are not beneficiaries of accommodation. If find people who are not registered or announced at the time reservations, the host and the agency have full right to cancel the accommodation.

11. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel.
